Target Audience

This course is designed to meet the interest of radiation oncologists and radiation oncology residents.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Construct a residency applicant review process at their institution that incorporates objective metric-based assessments along with holistic review practices that place value on applicant background, context, and non-cognitive skills, to improve selection of a diverse group of residency applicants that represent and reflect the patients we serve in our field.
  • Modify existing processes to build a sustained commitment to improvement within their institution.
