Login Instructions

Existing ASTRO User
Use your My ASTRO credentials to log into ASTRO Academy:

• Click "Log in" at the top right corner of the page
• Log in with your My ASTRO credentials
• If you have forgotten your username or password:
  • Select "Forgot password?"
  • Enter your email address--this will generate an email with a link and instructions to reset your password

New ASTRO Users
If you have never created an account with the ASTRO, please complete the following steps:

• Click "Log in" in the top right corner of the page
• Select "Create an Account"
• Complete the required fields and Submit

Locating and Registering for Activities

For instructions on locating activities on the ASTRO Academy follow the steps below:

To access and register for all activities in the Academy be sure you are logged in on the ASTRO Academy
    --> You can check this by looking at the top right corner of the page--if you see your name, then you are logged in

To access the general ASTRO Academy Course Catalog:

• Click "Courses" on the bar near the top of the page (Do not make a selection from the drop-down menu)
• Use the check boxes on the left to refine your search

To access specific activities in ASTRO Academy Course Catalog

• Click "Courses" on the bar near the top of the page
• Type in the name of the activity into the search field or enter a keyword or phrase in the "Find a course" box
• Use the "Sort by" drop-down box to sort by relevance or date

Registering for Activities

• Locate the course you wish to complete
• Make your selection on the main course page, click on the Register tab and click "Add to cart"
• Complete the steps for payment
• When payment is complete, you will have the option of returning to ASTRO Academy where it will be in your Pending Activities Tab

Resuming Activities

• Click the "My Activities" tab at the top of the page
• Click the "Pending activities" tab, located to the right of the "Completed activities" tab
• Locate the activity you wish to complete and click on its title
  • You will be taken to the main page for the activity
• Click the "Take Course" tab
• On the next page, click the "Resume" button on the right side of the page
• You will be taken to the point at which you left off in the activity

Accessing Certificates and ASTRO Transcripts

To access your ASTRO CME/MOC transcript and download activity completion certificates, please complete the following steps:

• Be sure you are logged in on the ASTRO Academy
• Click "My Activities" and then the Completed activities tab
• To download an individual certificate:
• Locate the activity for which you would like to print a certificate
  • Click the word "Download" in the Certificate column on the far right side of the page
  • Print or save your certificate
  • You may also print out your full transcript by clicking on the PDF icon on the right side of the page, located just above the listing of completed activities

To request a certificate of attendance or a poster presentation certificate from a meeting from the last three years, please Contact Us. Certificates for meetings older than three years are not available.

Accessing Receipts

• Be sure you are logged in on the ASTRO Academy
• Click "My account," located beside your name at the top right corner of the page
• Click the "Orders" tab, located beneath the "My Account" heading
• Locate the order for which you would like to print an invoice or receipt
• Click the Order # to retrieve the receipt
• You can then print or save your receipt
