2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting Credit Evaluation - In Person

Thank you for attending the 2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting. The ASTRO Annual Meeting evaluation has a brand new look and process. Please read the information below carefully. You can also download the step-by-step instructions.

General Information

All attendees must complete the credit evaluations by Monday, November 3, 2025. This includes physician, physicist and dosemetrist credits.

You can download a credit tracker to keep track of the sessions you attended. This could be helpful, because you will only be able to submit your credit selection once. 

To claim a certificate of attendance, go to XXX.

Physician Credits (AMA PRA Category 1 ™)

To claim credits for the meeting:

  • Go to the ASTRO Academy.
  • Log in with the user id and password you used to register for the meeting.
  • If you have forgotten your username or password:
    • Select "Forgot password?"
    • Enter your email address--this will generate an email with a link and instructions to reset your password
  • Click the "My Activities" tab at the top of the page
  • Click the "Pending activities" tab, located to the right of the "Completed activities" tab
  • Click on 2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting Credit Evaluation
    • You will be taken to the main page for the activity
  • Click the "Take Course" tab
  • Complete the section  titled 2025 Annual Meeting Credit Selection for Physicians.
  • You will select all of the sessions you attended and then submit your selections. Select only the sessions you attended live, you will have a chance to claim credits for and recordings you view in a separate evaluation.
  • Do not submit your selections until you are done. You will not be able to go back and select additional sessions. 
  • You will not need to evaluate each session individually. There is an evaluation of the meeting as a whole at the end.
  • Once you have completed your session selection and the overall session evaluation, your certificate can be accessed in your Completed activities tab.

Physicist (CAMPEP) and Dosimetrist (MDCB) Credits

Physicists - Claim credits only for sessions you attended during the live meeting (virtually or in person). CAMPEP credits are not available for the onDemand recordings.

Dosimetrists - Claim credits only for sessions you attended during the live, in-person meeting in San Francisco. MDCB credits are not available for virtual attendance or the onDemand recordings.

  • You will select all of the session you attended and then submit your selections.  Do not submit your selections until you are done. You will not be able to go back and select additional sessions

  • Once you have completed your session selection and the overall session evaluation, a general certificate of attendance can be accessed in your Completed activities tab.
  • Physicist (CAMPEP) and dosimetrist (MDCB) credits will be sent to CAMPEP and MDCB approximately 45 days post meeting
  • Attendees claiming MDCB credits will also receive their certificates 45 days post meeting. If you are claiming CAMPEP credits and would like a certificate with your credits listed, email [email protected]

To be eligible to receive continuing education credit, attendees must complete the online evaluation by Monday, November 3, 2025. Please only evaluate the sessions you attended.

CME certificates of credit are only available to participants who have completed the online evaluation tool. Participants will have online access to their certificate upon completion of the evaluation. Participants can access, print and save their certificate from ASTRO Academy.

Attendees claiming MDCB will receive their certificates approximately 45 days post meeting at which time credits will also be submitted to MDCB. The names of physicist attendees will be sent to CAMPEP 45 days after the meeting.
