There have been advances in the management of gynecologic malignancies with recent randomized trials indicating the decreased toxicity with IMRT.  There have also been several contouring guidelines for gynecology malignancies published in recent years. With more data supporting the role of IMRT, accurate target volume delineation becomes even more imperative.

Target Audience

This program is designed to meet the interest of radiation oncologists, radiation therapists, dosimetrists and radiation oncology residents.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Apply best practices in contouring gynecologic malignancies to their patients.
  • Apply motion management strategies for target volumes and organs at risk.
