Parenthood and Radiation Oncology: Challenges, Triumphs, and Opportunities to Create an Inclusive Culture

This session explores the challenges and opportunities parents in radiation oncology and medical physics face. We aim to increase awareness of policy advancements and opportunities to support parents in medicine and empower attendees with knowledge to navigate the transition to and from parental leave. Our speakers represent birthing and non-birthing parents, hold varying roles and titles in radiation oncology and medical physics, and provide unique cross-national perspectives of both U.S. and Canadian policies.

This activity is available from November 15, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on November 14, 2027.

The content was originally presented and recorded as a live webinar on November 15, 2024.
