Latest Developments in Management of High-Risk Prostate Cancer

There are many ongoing advances in the management of high risk and locally advanced prostate cancer, including concepts of systemic therapy intensification and de-escalation, dose escalation, and the use of biomarkers. It is imperative that the radiation oncology professional remain current in the management of high-risk and locally advanced prostate cancer. This activity will provide participants the opportunity to gain exposure to the latest science in radiation oncology, urologic oncology and medical oncology as they pertain to our practice. 

We will review recent developments in the multi-disciplinary management of high-risk or locally advanced prostate cancer. Specific areas of discussion include systemic therapy intensification, dose escalation, pelvic nodal radiotherapy, and biomarker-based approaches.
