Evaluation Instructions
All attendees must complete the overall meeting evaluation.
Physicians
- Use the navigation to complete overall the 'Credit Selection for Physicians' where you will select all of the sessions you attended. You will not need to evaluate each session individually.
- Select only the sessions you attended. Do not click 'Next' until you are done selecting all the sessions for which you want to claim credit.
- On the next screen, complete the attestation check box and click 'Submit'.
- Use the navigation to proceed to download your certificate.
Physicists and Advanced Practice Providers
Physicist (CAMPEP) Attendees: CAMPEP credits will be sent to CAMPEP approximately 45 days post meeting.
Advanced Practice Providers: While CME credits are not available to non-physician attendees, ASTRO can provide a certificate of attendance with the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ statement along with the transcript of sessions attended and the credit amounts for those sessions.
- Use the navigation to complete the 'xx' where you will select all of the sessions you attended.
- Select only the sessions you attended live.
- Do not submit the Session Selection until you are done selecting all the sessions for which you want to claim credit.
- You will not need to evaluate each session individually.

This meeting was designed to meet the interests of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, physicists, nurses, diagnostic radiologists, radiation therapists, radiation dosimetrists, specialists, nuclear physicians and practice administrators.

The American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Physicists
