Evaluation Instructions

All attendees must complete the overall meeting evaluation. 

Physicians

• Use the navigation to complete overall the 'Credit Selection for Physicians' where you will select all of the sessions you attended.  You will not need to evaluate each session individually.
  • Select only the sessions you attended. Do not click 'Next' until you are done selecting all the sessions for which you want to claim credit.
  • On the next screen, complete the attestation check box and click 'Submit'.
  • Use the navigation to proceed to download your certificate.

Physicists and Advanced Practice Providers

Physicist (CAMPEP) Attendees: CAMPEP credits will be sent to CAMPEP approximately 45 days post meeting.

Advanced Practice Providers: While CME credits are not available to non-physician attendees, ASTRO can provide a certificate of attendance with the AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ statement along with the transcript of sessions attended and the credit amounts for those sessions.

• Use the navigation to complete the 'xx' where you will select all of the sessions you attended.
  • Select only the sessions you attended live.
  • Do not submit the Session Selection until you are done selecting all the sessions for which you want to claim credit.
  • You will not need to evaluate each session individually.
