Thank you for attending the 2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting. The ASTRO Annual Meeting evaluation has a brand new look and process. Please read the information below carefully. 

This evaluation is to claim credits for your participation for in-person and/or viewing the sessions in real time via the live stream. 

Only physicians, physicists, dosimetrists and radiation therapists who need Category A credits through MDCB are eligible for credits. All other attendees can claim a certificate of attendance.

General Information

Evaluation Due Date for All Attendees:  Monday, November 3, 2025

• You can download a credit tracker to keep track of the sessions you attended. This could be helpful, because you will only be able to submit your credit selection once. 
• To claim a certificate of attendance, go to https://show.jspargo.com/astro25/receipt/.
• All attendees should only claim credits commiserate with your participation in this activity. This evaluation is only for sessions attended during the live in-person and virtual attendance.
  • Dosimetrists - Claim credits only for sessions you attended during the live, in-person meeting in San Francisco. MDCB credits are not available for virtual attendance.

Attendees will also receive a general meeting experience survey sent the email address used to register for the meeting.

To claim credits for the meeting:

• Use the navigation to complete the Session Selection section of the evaluation.
• You will select all of the sessions you attended and then submit your selections. Select only the sessions you attended live, you will have a chance to claim credits for recordings you view in a separate evaluation.
• Do not submit the credit evaluation until you are done selecting sessions.
• You will not need to evaluate each session individually. There is an evaluation of the meeting as a whole at the end.

Accessing Certificates/Credits

• Physican attendees can access their certificate in the Completed activities tab once the evaluation is complete.
• CAMPEP credits will be sent to CAMPEP approximately 45 days post meeting. If you would like a certificate with your credits listed, please email [email protected].
• MDCB) credits will be sent to MDCB approximately 45 days post meeting, at which time you will also receive your credit certificate.
