The ASTRO Annual Meeting evaluation has a brand new look and process and can be accessed here in the ASTRO Academy. Please read the information below carefully. You can also download the step-by-step instructions.

General Information

This evaluation is to give feedback on the educational content for the meeting as a whole, so it is suggested that you don't complete the evaluation until your participation in the meeting has ended. We recommend using the linked spreadsheet below to track your session participation in the interim.

The credit evaluation is to claim credits for your participation in-person in San Francisco and/or for viewing the sessions in real time via the livestream. 

Only physicians, physicists, dosimetrists and radiation therapists who need Category A credits through MDCB are eligible for credits. All other attendees can claim a certificate of attendance.

All attendees must complete the credit evaluation for the live meeting by Monday, November 3, 2025. This includes physician, physicist and dosimetrist credits.

You can download a credit tracker to keep track of the sessions you attended. This could be helpful because you will only be able to submit your credit selection once.

Physicians – AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™


Maximum Credit Amount Available

  • AMA PRA Category 1™ Credit (Physicians) – 35.25 Credits

To claim credits for the live meeting (in-person or virtual):

  • Log into the ASTRO Academy with the email address and password you used to register for the meeting
    • If you have forgotten your password: Click the 'Forgot Password' button and enter your email address to generate an email with a link and instructions to reset your password
  • Click the 'My Activities' tab at the top of the page
  • Click the 'Pending activities' tab located to the right of the 'Completed activities' tab
  • Select the 2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting Credit Evaluation
  • You will be taken to the main page for the credit evaluation activity
  • Click the 'Take Course' tab
  • Follow the navigation to complete the meeting credit evaluation. There are two main components for completion:
    • (1) A 'Meeting Evaluation for Credits' where you will be asked questions about the clinical content of the education at the annual meeting and the outcomes of your participation. You will not need to evaluate each session individually as in previous years.
    • (2) A '2025 Annual Meeting Credit Selection for Physicians' where you will select all of the sessions you attended. 
      • Select only the sessions you attended live (in-person or virtual). Do not click 'Next' until you are done selecting all the sessions for which you want to claim credit.
        • For full meeting registrants, you are also eligible to claim credits for recordings you view via the Annual Meeting onDemand in a separate evaluation until June 1, 2026. Please see '2025 ASTRO Annual Meeting onDemand' in your Pending activities. 
      • On the next screen, complete the attestation check box and click 'Submit'
      • Use the navigation to proceed to download your certificate

Accessing Certificates/Credits

  • Physician attendees can access their certificate in the Completed activities once the evaluation is complete.
Physicists – CAMPEP Credits


Maximum Credit Amount Available

  • CAMPEP (Physicist) – 35.25 Credits

To claim credits for the live meeting (in-person or virtual):

Accessing Certificates/Credits

  • CAMPEP credits will be sent to CAMPEP approximately 45 days post meeting. If you would like a certificate with your credits listed, please email [email protected].
Dosimetrists and Radiation Therapists – MDCB Category A Credits


Dosimetrists - Claim credits only for sessions you attended during the live, in-person meeting in San Francisco. MDCB credits are not available for virtual or onDemand attendance.

  • MDCB (Dosimetrists and Radiation Therapists) – 32.00 MDCB Credits

To claim credits for the in-person meeting:

  • Log into the ASTRO Academy with the email address and password you used to register for the meeting
