All works, data, materials, concepts, and inventions created during, relating to, or in connection with Volunteer's participation in the Webinar Series("Work Product") are and will be owned entirely and exclusively by ASTRO, who may use the Work Product in any manner. Volunteer hereby assigns and agrees to further assign in the future any and all rights, title and interests Volunteer may have or acquire in and to the Work Product, and any portions thereof, and any content and material included therein. Volunteer releases ASTRO from, and covenants not to assert, any and all claims and causes of action arising from or relating to the production and subsequent exploitation of the Work Product by ASTRO, including, without limitation, claims or causes pertaining to copyright, trademark, patent, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or other similar cause, however denominated, throughout the world. Volunteer will not publish or use the Work Product in any manner except with ASTRO’s permission.
